Access
Essential Companion tickets: We are committed to ensuring as many people as possible can access and enjoy events at The Coro. If you or a member of your party requires assistance in order to come to any event, please register those needs in your customer account to join our access register and unlock free essential companion tickets.
Wheelchair spaces: We have dedicated wheelchair spaces available for all events available to customers on our access register.
Drop-off point: People with access needs can be dropped off at the temporary disabled parking bay opposite the front of the building, which provides level access to the main doors.
Internal access: The foyers, Main Hall, Supper Room, and Ante Room are fully accessible to wheelchair users, with a passenger lift providing access to the Supper Room.
Where to sit: The majority of seating in the balcony is only accessible by stairs, so we recommend booking seats in the stalls if you or a member of your party has any mobility issues.
Spare wheelchair: We have a spare wheelchair available. Please notify us if you need to use it ahead of your visit.
Accessible toilet: There is an accessible toilet located on the ground floor.
Assistance dogs: Assistance dogs are welcome at all events.
Other information: Unfortunately we do not have a hearing loop.
Children
Baby-changing: We have two baby-changing facilities on-site.
Pram storage: We can store prams during family shows.
Age guidance on family shows: Age guidance on family shows will indicate a recommended age bracket, but children of all ages are welcome.
Age guidance and restrictions on other shows: Age guidance and content warnings for any other shows should be used to decide whether or not a show is suitable for your children. Where there are age restrictions instead of age guidance, children under the stated age will not be allowed to enter.
Under 18s & Babes In Arms tickets: Most shows will have a limited number of Under 18s tickets available for all children, while some family shows will also have free Babes In Arms tickets for children under a certain age. All children attending any event will require a ticket.
All under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18.
