Manchester’s The Slow Readers Club will perform at the Coro as part of an eight-date UK tour for April 2027, offering fans an early opportunity to hear music from their forthcoming eighth studio album, The Space Between, set for release September 2027.

Following a landmark 2026 that saw the band share stages with The Cure, Doves and Gene, the new tour marks the beginning of another exciting chapter for the independent four-piece.

Rather than revisiting the major cities and established stops of previous tours, the band are taking a different approach this time around, heading to a selection of smaller venues and towns, several of which they will be visiting for the first time.

The tour reflects a desire to connect with audiences in more intimate surroundings, support independent grassroots music venues and bring their live show to places that are often overlooked on traditional touring schedules.
