Local indie rock band The Silver Bars have been active since 2019, carving out their own space in the UK’s vibrant alternative scene. Known for their high-energy live shows, they quickly made a name for themselves on the local circuit before turning heads further afield. A string of EP’s and singles has since seen the band land slots at major festivals including Kendal Calling and YNOT, as well as support slots for Jake Bugg, The Royston Club, and Scouting for Girls.

Now, with a highly anticipated debut album on the horizon for summer 2026, their bold new singles ‘Headwind’ and ‘The Dog’ lead the way for the most exciting chapter to date for the band. It also brings a statement of intent; a means to prove why they’re one of the most compelling emerging acts in the UK right now.
